GUEST NOTICE

  • ⚪ Check-in and check-out time

    • ○ CHECK IN : 15:00

    • ○ CHECK OUT : 11:00

    • ○ Please be sure to bring the identity document of the occupant (must be at least 18 years old) for check-in.

      • ✧People of the Republic of China must choose one of their ID cards, health insurance cards, driver's licenses or passports

      • ✧Foreign nationals should apply with their passports, and Chinese, Hong Kong and Macau tourists should apply with Taiwan Entry Permit.

  • ⚪ Check-in Instructions

    • ○ Add-on

      • ✧One child under the age of 5 (inclusive) stays free of charge per room, more than two (inclusive) and above will be calculated according to the extra person fee;

      • ✧From 6 years old (inclusive) to 12 years old (inclusive), an additional fee of NT$600 per person per night will be charged (including one room amenities, no bed, no breakfast).

      • ✧13 years old and above is the adult price.

    • ○ Extra bed service

      • ✧To maintain the quality of accommodation, the extra bed is limited to suite room type, the fee is NT$1,000 and each room is limited to one extra bed (including one room amenities, excluding breakfast).

    • ○ Free luggage storage service (The storage service only provides storage at the venue. Please bring and keep your valuables and belongings by yourself. If there is any loss, damage or theft of the stored items, we will not be liable for compensation.)

    • ○ Other facility services

      • ✧For loan services such as baby accessories and extension cords, please visit the official website for more information on service facilities. Due to the limited quantity, it is not guaranteed to be provided. For confirmation, please call to inquire.

    • ○ PARKING LOT

      • ✧Open-air/basement ground floor parking lot, the number of parking spaces is limited, and reservation service is not provided.

    • ○ Please pre-pay 30% of the total room price within three days of booking as a deposit. If the reservation is overdue, the reservation will be cancelled.

    • ○ The hotel provides credit card and remittance services, please be sure to call/text to inform after completion, and receive a reply message from the hotel within two days to complete the reservation procedure.

    • ○ The reservation cancellation policy will be based on the reservation platform or special project regulations.

    • ○ The hotel adopts a floating price, and the daily price is adjusted according to the reservation date. The final price of the reservation shall be subject to the price on the reservation page.​​

  • ⚪Check-in Instructions

    • ○ In accordance with Article 15 of the "Tobacco Harm Prevention Act", and to provide a good and healthy environment, the hotel is completely non-smoking. Violators will be fined up to NT$10,000 and cleaning fees of NT$3,000.

    • ○ After 22:00 at night, it is a quiet period. Please stop all noisy activities, walk in and out lightly, close the door carefully, and lower all the volume so as not to disturb the rest of other guests.

    • ○ Please cherish the equipment and items of the hotel. If damaged or lost, compensation shall be made according to the price.

    • ○ According to Articles 10 and 11 of the "Drug Hazard Prevention and Control Regulations", the possession and consumption of drugs and related illegal entertainment are strictly prohibited.

    • ○ According to the Regulations on the Control of Firearms, Ammunition and Knives, it is strictly prohibited to bring firearms or other illegal prohibited items into the hotel.
